Media Coordinator

gkv Communications, a Baltimore-based full-service advertising + marketing agency is looking for a Media Coordinator in the Media Department.

This is an entry-level position in which the media coordinator will work closely with planners in the day-to-day handling of client requests and media schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Insertion order input and execution
  • Contact representatives from various outlets to obtain initial pricing needed for negotiations
  • Update/maintain media plans and flowcharts as necessary
  • Resolve any invoice discrepancies as they arise
  • Write POVs as needed

Desired Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree with advertising internship or 6 months-1 year experiences
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships between the agency and media outlets
  • Desire to learn and grow within the advertising media discipline
